Epoxy Floor Installer

OVERVIEW

Express is seeking general laborers with painting experience to assist in installation of Epoxy Flooring. This role will require the associates to aid in mixing, pouring and painting the Epoxy material to cover and coat the floor to ensure proper adhesion. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning, degreasing, grinding and etching concrete flooring to create porous surface
• Filling cracks, pits or holes with patching compounds or approved fillers
• Mixing and applying primers, base coats and topcoats evenly using rollers and brushes
• Applying color flakes and chips and protective coats
• Use of hand and power tools such as grinders, vacuums, rollers, mixers, etc.

 

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year of painting experience
• 1+ prior construction
• Ability to work efficiently with other crew members
