Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking skilled and motivated Final Assembly Technicians for a manufacturing company in North Branch, MN. Pay & Schedule

  • Hourly Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (DOE)

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 1:45 AM

  • Pay Frequency: Weekly

  • Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

  • Location: North Branch, MN

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform final assembly of equipment, machinery, or trailer‑mounted units according to build sheets

  • Install mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components

  • Use hand tools, power tools, and torque equipment to complete assembly tasks

  • Conduct functional checks to ensure equipment operates correctly

  • Assist with troubleshooting and correcting assembly issues before final inspection

 

Qualifications

  • Previous mechanical assembly or equipment assembly experience preferred

  • Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, or build sheets

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment

  • Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
