We are seeking hardworking, dependable individuals for our production team. This position involves hands-on work in the manufacturing of structural precast concrete components. The ideal candidate takes pride in completing tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently while supporting team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Molding and Preparation: Clean, stage, and prepare molds for concrete pouring

• Concrete Placement: Pour concrete, vibrate to remove air pockets, and finish surfaces

• Reinforcement Placement: Install steel reinforcing bars or wire mesh according to design specifications

• Curing and Finishing: Remove forms after curing, move products to storage, and apply surface finishes as needed

• Site Support: Assist team members to support the production process, improve efficiency, and maintain quality

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift, push, or pull 75–90 lbs; comfortable crawling and climbing ladders

• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and dust environments

• High school diploma or GED

• Prior experience in precast concrete or construction is preferred

• Attention to detail to ensure structural integrity and product quality

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to follow instructions from foremen, leads, supervisors, and safety managers

• Basic math skills

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and participate in monthly random testing

• Adherence to OSHA safety guidelines

• Reliable attendance and ability to work Monday–Friday (weekends as needed)

• Starting wage: $19.25 - $32.75 per hour (depending on experience and skill level)

• Weekly pay
