Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

• Fit, align, and assemble structural steel components

• Perform Fluxcore welding as needed 

• Measure, cut, and prepare materials for assembly

• Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently

• Inspect finished work for accuracy and structural integrity

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a structural fitter welder

• Proficiency in blueprint reading and layout work

• Strong Fluxcore skills

• Ability to use measuring tools (tape measure, square, level, etc.)

• Knowledge of structural steel fabrication processes

• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
