Machine Operator

Located in Kansas City , MO

We are seeking an experienced ** Machine Operators** with hands-on knowledge using digital cutting systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can set up, operate, and maintain the cutting machine to produce precise, high-quality components for corrugated marketing materials.

Available Schedules:

1st Shift - Mon-Fri 630am-230pm

2nd Shift - Mon-Thurs 230pm-1230am (10 hour shifts)

Responsibilities:

•  Operate Zund digital cutting machines to produce components according to production specifications
•  Set up machine parameters and load appropriate cutting files
•  Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
•  Perform light routine maintenance and cleaning of the cutting equipment
•  Work with the design and production teams to ensure proper execution of custom jobs
•  Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report needed repairs
•  Maintain accurate records of job runs and machine usage
•  Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications:

•  Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating a digital cutting machine or similar CNC cutting equipment
•  Willing to submit to drug and background screening
•  Familiarity with corrugated materials and their handling requirements
•  Ability to read and interpret design files and production specifications
•  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
•  Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•  High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
