Cold Storage Forklift

Salary: $20.00 /hr

Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Forklift Operator for a food packaging facility in Vancouver, WA. 

Pay Rate: $20.00 H/R 

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00AM - 4:30PM |

Job Duties:

• Efficiently stack and store materials in the appropriate locations.
• Inspect totes prior to production use and placing on the auto dumpers.
• Ensure proper raw material is being staged according to job number.
• Report all quality variances to QA and line leads.
• Remove cardboard and plastic waste from the production floor.
• Pull and prepare materials for production.
• Efficiently and safely load materials into racking of the tempering room.
• Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
• Perform, daily, inspections and minor maintenance on the forklift.
• Report all repairs to maintenance staff.
• Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Complies with company policies and procedures.

SAFETY Dress Code: Please ensure attire is GMP-compliant:

-Employees must wear long pants (no sweatpants, capris, shorts, or clothing with holes, rips, tears, or rhinestones).

-Footwear should be comfortable, closed-toe, closed-heel, and waterproof due to wet and cold conditions.

-Shirt sleeves must be at least T-shirt length or longer.
