Shift & Pay

1st Shift: Flexible start times between 6:00 AM–8:00 AM
Full‑Time or Part‑Time schedules
4×10 hour shifts available
Weekend overtime (Depending on Production)
Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hr (Depending on Experience)

Job Duties

Load and unload plastic injection molding machines safely and efficiently
Cross‑train in assembly, packaging, and basic quality inspection
Inspect molded parts for defects, accuracy, and count
Follow work instructions and maintain production flow
Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support various departments as needed based on production demands

Qualifications

Experience is helpful but NOT required — willing to train
Must be punctual, reliable, and able to stay off your phone
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasks
Positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple tasks
Team‑oriented, flexible, and open to cross‑training
