Administrative Assistant – Office Support (Full-Time)

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced office environment. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include data entry, handling incoming calls, supporting office and production staff, processing orders, and maintaining organized inventory systems.


Schedule

  • Monday through Friday

  • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)


Pay

  • Starting at $18.00/hour

  • Additional $1.00/hour incentive for bilingual/translation skills (Spanish preferred)


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally

  • Assist office and production teams with daily tasks

  • Process customer orders and track inventory

  • Maintain organized files and inventory systems


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or related experience

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and within a team


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred)
