Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking hardworking and dependable Wet Cast Workers for a manufacturing company in Stacy, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical, hands‑on work and want to grow within the concrete and precast production industry.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $24.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

• Location: Stacy, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare molds and forms for wet cast concrete production

• Pour, level, and finish concrete according to specifications

• Place reinforcement materials such as rebar or mesh

• Strip molds and clean production areas after curing

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards

Qualifications

• Previous concrete, construction, or manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

• Comfortable lifting up to 50–75 lbs regularly

• Ability to follow safety procedures and production instructions

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
