Location: Gilbert Regional Park, Gilbert, AZ

Date: Saturday, October 24

Shift: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

Employment Type: Temporary Event Assignment

Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking professional and reliable Security Officers to support a special event at Gilbert Regional Park. Officers will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, vendors, and event participants while providing excellent customer service throughout the event.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Control access points and verify authorized entry when required.
• Patrol designated event areas on foot.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.
• Provide directions and assistance to event attendees.
• Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
• Assist event staff with crowd management and traffic flow.
• Complete incident reports as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona Guard Card required.
• Ability to work the entire assigned shift.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Previous security, law enforcement, military, or related experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds if needed.

Dress Code

• Black pants and black footwear required.
• Professional appearance at all times.
• Additional uniform requirements will be provided upon assignment confirmation.
