Salary: $18/hr

Hours: : M-F. 7:00am-3:30pm. Some OT may be required.

            Dress code: 

·         Must wear leather shoe that covers entire foot – no sneakers.

·         No sleeveless tops.

·         No spandex/yoga pants or sweat  pants.

·         Eye protection will be provided for safety.

·         No cell phones in building during working hours.

·         Arrive 10-15 mins early so you are ready to start work at the scheduled start time.

·         (15) min paid break @ 9:30am – cannot leave company property.

·         (30) min unpaid lunch 11:30 – 12:00pm

·         (15) min paid break @ 1:30pm – cannot leave company property.

Job Description: 

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD Programmer to join our team. This role is responsible for converting customer-supplied drawings and files into usable digital formats for production in the die shop. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CAD software similar to AutoCAD and be comfortable interpreting technical drawings.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Review drawings, specifications, and files provided by customers
  • Convert customer drawings into usable CAD files for die shop production
  • Prepare, modify, and optimize digital files for manufacturing use
  • Ensure accuracy of dimensions and design specifications
  • Communicate with team members to ensure files meet production requirements
  • Maintain organized records of drawings and completed files

 

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD or similar programs preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing or die shop processes is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
