We're seeking experienced MIG (GMAW) welders to join a busy structural steel fabrication team in Woodburn. This is a fast-paced production environment working exclusively with mild steel in flat and horizontal positions only. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive on overtime, we want to hear from you.
Position Details:
Welding Process: MIG (GMAW) – mild steel only
Weld Positions: Flat and horizontal only
Pace: Fast-paced production environment
Gear Required: Must bring own hood, steel-toe boots, and sleeves (all other equipment provided)
Shifts Available:
Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM, generally off Fridays (currently working 5 hours for 50-hour weeks)
Pay Rate:
$21 – $22/hour, up to $23/hour for top-tier candidates
