🎯 Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Fence Installer to join our construction team. This position is responsible for the installation, assembly, repair, and demolition of various fence systems while ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, fencing installation, general labor, carpentry, or outdoor construction projects. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work with hand and power tools, and the physical stamina to perform outdoor work at various job sites.
🛠 Responsibilities
• Assemble, install, construct, and demolish various types and styles of fencing
• Ensure proper installation, functionality, and reliability of fence systems
• Organize small parts, materials, and job site supplies
• Read and interpret prints, blueprints, site plans, and project specifications
• Prioritize daily job tasks and maintain project efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work truck area
• Follow, produce, and execute multiple cut lists for fence products
• Measure, prepare, and stage materials for installation
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment as needed
• Maintain compliance with all company safety standards and job site requirements
✅ Key Requirements
• Valid driver's license
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and job site safety procedures
• Ability to read and follow instructions, blueprints, prints, and plans
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment, including tape measures, drills, and reciprocating saws
• Commitment to health and safety guidelines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Physical strength, stamina, and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or GED preferred
🎓 Preferred Experience
• 1 year of construction experience
• 1 year of construction knowledge
• 1 year working with tools and equipment
