Kitchen & Bath Design Consultant

Full-Time Creative + Technical Client-Facing Role

Are you a creative problem-solver who loves transforming spaces and guiding clients through exciting home remodeling projects? We’re looking for a talented Kitchen & Bath Design Consultant / Project Manager to join our team. This role blends design, sales, project management, and client care—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering beautiful, functional results.

What You’ll Do

You’ll manage kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. Responsibilities include:

• Meeting with clients to understand needs, educate them on design options, and guide them through selections
• Taking accurate field measurements during on-site consultations
• Creating and presenting design renderings using 20-20, Chief Architect, CAD, or similar software
• Preparing sales agreements, installation contracts, and project documentation
• Managing all aspects of the remodeling project to ensure a smooth, positive client experience
• Prospecting for new business, qualifying leads, and meeting with prospective clients
• Staying up to date on vendor product lines, materials, and design trends
• Assisting with showroom appearance, designing new displays, and creating a welcoming environment
• Supporting additional tasks and special projects as needed

This role includes travel to client homes for measurements and consultations.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Creative, personable, and customer-service minded
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with math, measurements, and technical design work
• Skilled in communication and able to build rapport with clients
• Strong with computers and design software

Experience & Education

• Prior experience in interior design, kitchen/bath design, or related remodeling projects
• Experience that includes both technical design and sales components
• Formal education or training in interior design or kitchen/bath design is highly desirable
• Proficiency with:

• 20-20, Chief Architect, CAD design software
• MS Excel, Outlook, Word
• Tape measure and basic field measurement tools
