Our client in Mentor is currently seeking Filling Operators to join their team! #2931ST
Pay: $18.00+/hr (based on experience) Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM Start Date: April 6th, 2026 Perks: Plenty of overtime available Location: Mentor, OH
Key Responsibilities:
Operate automated and semi-automated filling equipment
Connect/disconnect pressurized equipment safely
Measure yields, gauge tanks, and follow batch instructions
Label, stencil, and properly fill containers
Palletize and stretch wrap finished products
Follow filtering, capping, and special batch instructions
Maintain cleanliness of tanks and equipment
Accurately record production data and materials used
Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and chemical handling
Experience Required
Paint industry experience preferred
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and work orders
Proven longevity in previous roles with a strong attendance record
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow processes consistently
