Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking detail‑oriented and quality‑focused AOI Inspectors for a company in Stacy, MN. Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment to inspect PCB assemblies

• Identify defects such as solder issues, component misplacements, and polarity errors

• Verify inspection results and perform manual visual checks as needed

• Document findings and follow established quality procedures

• Communicate defects or trends to production and quality teams

Qualifications

• Previous AOI, PCB, or electronics inspection experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify small defects

• Basic understanding of electronic components is helpful

• Ability to follow written procedures and inspection criteria

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
