Grounds & Custodial Maintenance Technician

Full-Time Stable Schedule Large Residential Property

Pay $15 to $17 Based on experience

Our large residential property community is looking for a dependable Grounds & Custodial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives outdoors, and appreciates a consistent full‐time schedule with a later-starting first shift.

 

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in keeping our property looking its best every day. Responsibilities include:

• Light groundskeeping to maintain clean, attractive outdoor areas

• Snow removal and outdoor upkeep in all weather conditions

• Cleaning and maintaining common areas

• Cleaning and preparing units for new tenants

• Performing light maintenance tasks and assisting with special projects

• Ensuring all work is completed accurately, safely, and on time

This is a physically active role on a very large property, so you must be comfortable with extensive walking, carrying supplies, and working outdoors year‐round.

 

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly dependable and able to work with minimal supervision

• Detail‐oriented with strong organization and time‐management skills

• A clear communicator with solid interpersonal skills

• Comfortable using cleaning equipment, supplies, and basic hand/power tools

 

Experience & Education

• 3+ years custodial, janitorial, or light maintenance experience

• Experience with groundskeeping and snow removal required

• HS diploma or GED required

• Additional training, certifications, or relevant education is a plus
