An outdoor company in Fletcher is seeking a full time Molding Operator. The operator will be molding kayaks on Ferry 500 oven. The operator will load plastic into a cast aluminum mold, add molded inserts, apply molded graphics, apply air pressure during the cooling process and demold the completed kayak.
This is a 1st Shift position with the standard schedule Monday - Thursday from 5am - 3pm OT possible on Fri/SatPay is $18hr to start. After training, bonuses available based upon quality and production. Ranges from $20 to $200 a week.
The ideal candidate will...· Have experience working with power tools· Perform well in a team environment· Have a strong work ethic· Have a positive attitude· Have previous experience in a manufacturing or technical environment· Enjoy working with their hands· Have some experience with computers· Have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
