Job Title: Installer (Audio/Video & Low-Voltage Systems)
Location: Northbrook, IL
Pay: $25–$40 per hour (Based on Experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Installer to join our team in Northbrook, IL. This role involves installing, programming, and troubleshooting a variety of low-voltage systems including audio, video, networking, security, and automation solutions. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, reliable, and capable of problem-solving in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and program audio, video, and network systems
• Set up and configure alarms, video surveillance, access control, and motorized shades
• Run low-voltage wiring as needed (no high voltage work required)
• Diagnosing and troubleshoot audio/video and network system issues
• Work with various tools including drills, hand tools, termination tools, and multimeters
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and correctly

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in the low-voltage, AV, or networking industry (required)
• Strong understanding of network programming and AV system troubleshooting
• Familiarity with platforms such as Control4, Unifi, PDK, Honeywell, Luma, and Digital Watchdog (preferred)
• Comfortably using apps, computers, and modern technology tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
