Laborer/Heavy Equipment Operator

A company in Columbus is looking to add a General Laborer/Heavy Equipment Operator to their team.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being around heavy equipment and has experience operating the equipment.   

Pay/Benefits:

• $22-$25 an hour depending on experience.
• Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance upon hire.
• 401k, Vacation, PTO after hire on.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday 7am – 5pm
• Overtime as needed

Company Info:

• Company does equipment rentals.

Job Duties:

• Staging units for equipment processing
• Minor machine inspections i.e. checking for visual damage or tire leaks
• Keeping organization of the yard and equipment in the yard
• As weather warms up will assist in general labor duties like weed eating and tree trimming
• Requirements:

• Must be willing to work outside in the elements.
• Construction background is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and team lift 75lbs.
• Must have a Valid DL.
• Experience around heavy equipment and operation
• Skid steer operation experience
