Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Certified Professional Coder (CPC) to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate medical coding and supporting the billing process to promote timely and compliant reimbursement. This position may offer the flexibility to work from home based on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review medical records to ensure accurate coding and compliance with guidelines

• Assign codes for medical procedures and diagnoses (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)

• Enter coded data into computer systems with a high level of accuracy

• Ensure coding accuracy to reduce claim denials and support proper billing

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve discrepancies

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding systems, medical terminology, and regulations

Qualifications:

• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) required

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

• Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines

• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
