A local business in Conroe, TX is searching for a polyurethane foam operator to assist in the company’s daily operations. This is a temp to hire position in a fast-paced environment and the ideal candidate will have extensive experience with concrete repairing . Job Overview: We are currently seeking a driven and career-minded Polyurethane Foam Rig Operator to join our team. This position involves working outdoors operating polyurethane foam equipment used to repair and stabilize concrete. We do not pour new concrete, our work focuses on concrete repair by injecting foam under and around existing slabs.

 

Summary of essential job functions:

• Operate polyurethane foam rigs and related equipment
• Inject foam under and around concrete for repair and leveling
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work outside
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a crew
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Career-minded with a strong work ethic
• Travel occasionally for out-of-town projects or night work (rare)
