Location: Glenview, IL
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our growing real estate team in Glenview, IL. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending marketing creativity with administrative support in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in promoting listings, supporting agents, and maintaining a strong online presence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create real estate marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and listing presentations
• Develop and manage social media content across platforms
• Create and update property listings on MLS and other marketing channels
• Revise and edit marketing materials as needed
• Provide administrative support to agents and office staff
• Maintain organized digital and physical marketing files
• Assist with general office duties and special projects

Qualifications:

• Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Active Real Estate License (Preferred but not required)
