Position Overview:
We are a growing clinical research organization seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Telemetry Nurse to support our patient care and research initiatives. This role is essential in ensuring patient safety, accurate data collection, and high-quality monitoring throughout clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret patients’ vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels, and cardiac rhythms

• Operate and manage telemetry equipment to track patient status in real time

• Assist in clinical research protocols by collecting and documenting accurate patient data

• Identify and respond promptly to any abnormal readings or patient concerns

• Collaborate with physicians, research coordinators, and healthcare teams

• Educate patients on monitoring procedures and ensure comfort during studies

• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and research standards

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in FL

• Experience in telemetry, critical care, or cardiac monitoring preferred

• Strong understanding of vital sign interpretation and cardiac rhythms

• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, research-focused environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in clinical research or trial settings

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

• ACLS certification (preferred but not required)
