Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Bilingual Insurance Agent for a local company in the Athens, TX area.

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Quoting and Applications: Provide accurate insurance quotes, guide clients through the application process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Marketing and Outreach: Make marketing calls to current and potential customers, fostering relationships to expand our client base.
• Customer Service: Conduct insurance reviews for clients to assess and meet their coverage needs. Assist with service transactions as needed.
• Industry Knowledge: Develop expertise in insurance and financial services products to effectively educate and advise clients.

Requirements:

• Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain both Property/Casualty and Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales Mindset: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
