Solder Technician

Located in Sturtevant, WI

Salary: 17.00-18.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform soldering using a fine jewelry flame torch

• Feed wire solder with one hand while directing the torch with the other

• Assemble and repair small metal components with precision

• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Qualifications:

• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Experience with soldering, welding, or similar hands-on work preferred

• Background in circuit board soldering, welding, or sweating copper pipes is a plus

• Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive tasks

• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
