In Macon and Dewitt counties by delivering marketing and promotional materials to current and prospective clients to highlight how Express can assist them in the areas of employment, leadership, and human resources. 

 

Job Requirements for Marketing Representative

• Outgoing, friendly, and professional communication style
• Comfortable initiating conversations and meeting new people
• Determined attitude
• Organizational and time-management skills
• An interest and knowledge of current events and economic conditions is helpful
• Basic computer knowledge
• MS Word and Excel knowledge
• A valid driver's license (driving company vehicle)

 

Job Responsibilities for Marketing Representative

• Promote recruiting, testing, hiring and HR services
• Distribute marketing materials in person
• Make follow-up phone calls
• Represent the company in a professional manner
• Assist with digital marketing efforts on social media
• Document interactions with clients and prospects
• Update client and prospect contacts
