Housekeeper (Vacation Rental and Resort)

 

Locations available: Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Surfside, Conway

 

$18/hr

20-35 hours/week

10AM-4PM

Part-time and full-time positions available

We are looking for reliable Housekeepers able to attend to facilities with integrity and attention to detail. You should have the ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Cleaning & Presentation

• Clean and sanitize all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchens.
• Change and launder linens, towels, and bedding per property standards.
• Replenish guest amenities such as toiletries, paper products, and kitchen supplies.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors and surfaces.
• Ensure all appliances, furniture, and décor are properly cleaned and neatly arranged.

Turnover Duties

• Complete full turnovers between guest stays within scheduled timeframes.
• Report any maintenance needs, damages, or missing inventory promptly.
• Reset property to company standards, including staging pillows, décor, and supplies.
• Ensure outdoor spaces (patios, balconies, entryways) are clean and guest-ready.

Quality & Safety

• Follow company cleaning protocols, sanitization guidelines, and safety standards.
• Use approved cleaning agents and equipment correctly.
• Adhere to lost-and-found procedures and guest privacy policies.
• Maintain secure handling of keys, access codes, and property information.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between properties when required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, reach, and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or peak-season hours.
