Express Employment in Harlingen is looking for a Tool and Die Maker for one of our clients located in Harlingen. Job responsibilities include:

 

• Build, repair, and maintain precision tools, dies, molds, and fixtures used in manufacturing processes

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to produce accurate tooling components

• Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC equipment

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal components to precise specifications

• Inspect finished tools and parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

• Troubleshoot and repair worn or damaged tools and dies to minimize production downtime

• Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on tooling and equipment

• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve tool performance and efficiency

• Ensure all tooling meets quality standards and production requirements

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety procedures and regulations

 

Schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm
