Insurance Sales Agent – Uncapped Commission Potential

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a driven, sales-focused Insurance Sales Agent for a high-energy office in Westville, IL. If you thrive on closing deals, building relationships, and controlling your income — this is your opportunity to shine.

Pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience) + commissions
Schedule: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Identify customer needs and match them with the right insurance products

• Quote, sell, and close policies consistently

• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline

• Deliver top-tier customer service while driving revenue

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience is REQUIRED – you know how to close

• Insurance background preferred (but not required)

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
