We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Server to join our team at a high-volume, top-rated crawfish restaurant in Alexandria, LA. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional hospitality, and enjoys creating a fun and welcoming dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service
Take accurate food and beverage orders, including crawfish, seafood platters, and specialty items
Explain menu items, daily specials, and seasoning/spice level options
Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner and ensure order accuracy
Monitor tables and respond quickly to guest needs throughout the dining experience
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
Assist with side work including stocking, cleaning, and prep duties
