Parts Room Associate

Salary: 17.00

• Maintain control of customer-supplied items and coordinate distribution to the shop
• Prepare shipments, including photographic documentation and required shipping paperwork
• Prepare, update, and file production and quality documentation
• Assist with receiving and parts crib duties when needed
• Support quality control and health & safety procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve department processes and reduce loss
• Assist with other projects and duties as assigned

• Proficient with Excel, Word, database systems, and email
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow procedures and work in a team environment

• Must be able to stand while working
• Occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs
