Monday through Friday
2:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Position Overview:

• Join a growing food manufacturing team in a hands-on utility role supporting daily production, sanitation, and overall plant operations in a busy bakery environment.

• This is a great fit for dependable candidates who like staying active, helping where needed, and taking pride in keeping production areas clean, organized, and running efficiently.

• We’re looking for someone who can work safely, follow food manufacturing standards, and contribute to a team that supports high-volume bread and dough production. Gonnella emphasizes consistent, high-volume bakery production and strict food safety standards across its bakeries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support production and warehouse teams with general utility duties, including moving materials, assisting with cleanup, and helping maintain workflow throughout the shift.

• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and production spaces while following plant safety rules and food safety procedures.

• Assist with other assigned tasks to keep operations running smoothly, including helping different departments as production needs change during the shift.
