About the Opportunity
This position is offered through Express Employment Professionals in the St. Louis / St. Charles County area. You will be employed through Express while working at one of our respected local client companies. You’ll weigh out product, repackage materials based on batch tickets, prepare pallets, and help ensure accurate, well‑labeled shipments go out on time. Forklift work is minimal, less than 5% of the shift.
What You’ll Do
  • Read batch tickets and verify weight measurements
  • Weigh product (e.g., splitting 50‑lb bags into 25‑lb portions) and repackage accurately
  • Palletize, wrap, label, and prepare finished product for shipment
  • Perform very basic math to confirm correct quantities
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Operate a stand‑up forklift occasionally (less than 5% of the day)
What You’ll Bring
  • Ability to read English
  • Ability to perform very basic math (example: 50 ÷ 2 = 25)
  • Attention to detail and reliability
  • Comfort with physical, hands‑on work such as lifting, weighing, and repackaging
  • Ability to follow batch instructions and safety guidelines
Nice to Have
  • Previous warehouse, packaging, or production experience
  • Stand‑up forklift experience (not required)
