Salary: $26.50/hr
We are now hiring multiple people for a 3rd shift Production role in Golden, CO. In this role, you will support the manufacturing of high-performance ceramic components used across a variety of industries including aerospace, medical, and electronics.

Operate and monitor production equipment in a manufacturing environment
Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols
Perform quality checks to ensure product specifications are met
Handle materials and finished goods with care and precision
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Comfortable working overnight (graveyard) shifts
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Competitive pay at $26.50/hour
Consistent full-time schedule (Monday–Friday)
Graveyard Shift:Monday–Friday10:30 PM – 6:00 AM
