Location: Mesa, AZ (This is an ONSITE position, NOT remote.)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (8-hour shifts within this window)
Compensation: $18

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our team onsite in Mesa, AZ. This position involves handling inbound/outbound calls, assisting with inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to handle high call volumes. This role requires a professional, empathetic approach and the ability to manage objections confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Calls:
• Handle calls, both inbound and outbound, confirming reservations
• Gather necessary details and accurately enter them into the system.
• Accurately document all interactions and follow-up actions in the system.
• Outbound Calls:
• Make outbound calls to warm leads.
• Engage with customers.
• Overcome objections and handle rebuttals.
• Meet daily and weekly call goals, focusing on securing as many "YES" responses as possible.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Confidence in handling objections and providing rebuttals, especially for outbound calls.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment (inbound or outbound).
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation and data entry.
