Procurement Analyst Location: Bonita Springs, FL Pay: $65,000–$80,000 annually Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Type: Full-Time
Position Overview Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Procurement Analyst on behalf of a Fortune 500 equipment rental company. This role supports company-wide procurement programs across North America and serves as a key compliance and administrative checkpoint within purchasing operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in process improvement within a Procure-to-Pay environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain procurement systems, including non-fleet catalog, item master, requisitions, and purchase orders
Serve as a compliance checkpoint for purchasing processes and procedures
Provide user support by monitoring department email, resolving issues, and escalating service requests as needed
Track and communicate procurement metrics and reporting
Support P-Card and fuel card program administration
Assist with travel and expense program administration
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
Participate in cross-functional projects within the Procure-to-Pay organization
Additional Responsibilities
Monitor group email inbox and respond to internal user inquiries
Provide training and guidance to users on procurement processes and systems
Assist in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements
Support reporting and data analysis initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data analysis and reporting required)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma experience or certification
Project management experience
Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
