Salary: $25.00 per hour

One of our premier clients in Attleboro, MA has an immediate need for a Welding Inspector (Quality Control) to inspect welds with light welding involved. 

 

Hours: Full Time / Monday - Friday / 7:00am - 3:30pm 

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

 

Responsibilities:

· Inspect welded components and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and quality standards

· Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and inspection criteria to verify accuracy of finished work

· Identify weld defects (e.g., cracks, porosity, incomplete fusion) and document findings

· Maintain detailed inspection reports, records, and quality documentation

· Collaborate with welders and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions

Qualifications:

· Manufacturing and sheet metal experience; minimum 2 years of relevant experience

· Proficiency in both TIG and MIG welding techniques for a variety of materials and applications

· High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience

· Ability to accurately read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to fabricate components to precise specifications
