What You’ll Do:
• Install siding and roofing materials on residential and commercial buildings
• Use hand and power tools such as drills, saws, and nail guns
• Work safely at heights using ladders and fall protection equipment
• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Work with your team to complete projects on time and with high-quality results

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous exterior siding or general construction experience required
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable transportation
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
