What You’ll Do

• Lead crews on landscaping and hardscape projects
• Oversee installation of pathways, water features, hardscapes, floral layouts, and tree placement
• Coordinate daily tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
• Operate or oversee the use of heavy equipment as needed
• Communicate clearly with team members and clients

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in construction, landscaping, or heavy equipment operation
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to direct a crew
• Valid driver’s license with no DUIs
• Ability to pass bi‑weekly or monthly drug testing (including nicotine)
• Physical ability to work outdoors and handle labor‑intensive tasks
• Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to quality work
