Salary: $18+
Where: Ephrata, PA
Pay: $18-19+ doe
Hiring: Installers, Concrete Workers and Forming Workers!
Assist the install crew with preparing and installing concrete materials at job sites while supporting the foreman and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Need own tools, and reliable transportation.
Ride with crew to job sites (may occasionally drive company vehicle)
Assist with site prep including shoveling, raking, setting blocks, and leveling
Help install walls by placing materials, sealing joints, tightening bolts, and checking level
Support layout measurements and setup of job site
Use basic tools and equipment as directed
Help clean and maintain tools, equipment, and worksite
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs occasionally
Comfortable with physical work including standing, bending, climbing, and kneeling
Ability to read a tape measure
Basic understanding of tools and equipment
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Good communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
