Job Title: Counter Sales Associate Location: Plant City, FL Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join a local company specializing in lawn care and farming equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and has an interest in outdoor equipment or agriculture.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with equipment, parts, and product inquiries
Process sales transactions accurately
Answer phones and provide product information
Help customers identify the right parts or equipment for their needs
Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Previous customer service or sales experience required
Experience or interest in lawn care, landscaping, or farming equipment is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and cash handling skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
