Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Executive Chef on planning, staffing, and kitchen operations.
  • Prepare daily food requisitions and update daily specials.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and coaching kitchen staff.
  • Manage inventory — ordering, receiving, and controlling stock.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented properly according to standards.
  • Fluent in English is required
