Located in North Mankato, MN

Salary: $20

$20 or more depending on experience

 

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with fiber conduit and fiber‑optic cable installation

•operate and support boring machines and HDD equipment

• Help set up entrance and receiving pits for drilling operations

• Support pilot drilling, reaming, and pullback of fiber conduit

• Work with drilling steel, pumps, hoses, and jobsite tools

• Mix and manage drilling fluid (water/bentonite/polymer)

• Assist with reclaimers, excavators, and other machinery

• Keep the jobsite clean, safe, and organized

What We’re Looking For:

• Hardworking and reliable 

• Comfortable with physical labor

• Willing to learn boring machine operation and HDD processes

• Construction, utility, or fiber experience is a plus
