Key Responsibilities

• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Run night audit reports to verify guest accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to guest requests, questions, and issues during overnight hours.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency for hotel management systems and reporting.
• Availability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays.
