Brief Description

Seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5–10 years of experience in multi-family and wood-framing construction. In this role, you will lead project teams while maintaining proactive relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will oversee all aspects of the project, including contract agreements, planning, scheduling, proposals, costs, and budgets. Key responsibilities include collaborating with owners, engineers, and architects to define project specifics, obtaining permits and licenses, negotiating vendor contracts, determining resource needs within budgetary constraints, planning and adapting construction schedules, hiring and managing third-party staff, and ensuring compliance with all safety and health standards. The ideal candidate has proven experience as a construction project manager, a solid understanding of construction procedures and project management principles, proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction/project management software, strong leadership and team collaboration skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and outstanding organizational and time-management skills. A BSc/BA in engineering, building science, or a related field is a plus but not required.
