Brief Description

Seeking a skilled Superintendent with multifamily and wood framing experience to oversee all aspects of construction operations and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time, safely, and to the highest standards. In this role, you will collaborate closely with project managers, owners, engineers, architects, government officials, and other stakeholders to maintain effective communication and project progress. You will supervise and mentor Assistant Superintendents, coordinate all field activities, and ensure subcontractors comply with safety regulations and contractual obligations. Additional responsibilities include developing site-specific plans and procedures, implementing company protocols, maintaining organized and safe job sites, and managing computerized project schedules in coordination with project managers. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a construction superintendent, strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, building codes, and OSHA standards, proficiency in blueprint reading and Microsoft Office, and the leadership skills necessary to foster a collaborative, efficient team environment.
