Key Responsibilities:

 

- Proficiently operate a forklift for the safe handling of large pallets of fertilizer.

- Execute order fulfillment and inventory management tasks with precision.

- Ensure a safe working environment in our bustling warehouse, adhering rigorously to company safety protocols.

- Provide exemplary customer assistance, including order preparation and product loading.

- Uphold our reputation for superior customer service through professional interactions.

 

Skills Required:

 

- A minimum of 2 years of forklift operation experience.

- Physical capability to repetitively lift 50 lbs during your shift.

- Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to professionalism.

 

Qualities Required:

 

- Reliability and effective teamwork skills.

- A commitment to delivering superior customer service.

 

Physical Requirements:

 

- Ability to repetitively lift 50 lbs during the work shift.

- Flexibility in performing bending, walking, reaching, and twisting.

- Comfort working in an occasionally dusty or unclean environment, particularly during peak seasons.
