Salary: $19-$21

Accounting Clerk 

• Full Time | 40 hours per week
• 8am - 5pm | Monday - Friday
• $19-$21 depending on experience 
• Direct Hire oppurtunity

Job Responsibilities

• Invoicing
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Submit State and Federal gas tax reporting
• Work in conjuction with the accountant
• Successfully reconcile end of the month financial reports
• Customer Service
• Other duties upon request

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Minimum of associate degree in accounting
• Detail Orientated

• Written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with accounting software
