Salary: $25.00 - $30.00/Hour
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our client's day-to-day marketing operations, campaign execution, and brand consistency. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage marketing logistics (print materials, swag, vendors)
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials
- Draft, edit, and proofread marketing content
- Track projects, timelines, and action items
- Support internal communications and marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of marketing coordination or related experience
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Assets:
- Canva or basic design tools
- Project management tools (Asana or similar)
- Email marketing platforms
Wage: $25.00 - $30.00/Hour
Contract Length: 6-7 months
